Not that it's a great excuse, but this week I've driven 1650 miles from Edmonton to Burlingame, moved a car full of stuff into an apartment and am preparing to start a new job. So, March 24th kind of came and went for me this year.
Now that I'm "back" in the digital world, I can do my blog post on a women in technology in honor of Ada Lovelace Day.
The woman I want to talk about is Robin Hunicke. She's a woman. She's in technology. She is working on her Ph.D. Seems like a great candidate to me!
Robin inspires me because she's kind, funny, smart, outgoing, and knows her shit. She reaches out to other women because she genuinely cares about them. She gives them a hand up into the industry, if that's what they want.
